Is there a How to use pinterest?

Hello,

actually i'm using Facebook as my traffic source but I want to get a second option too.

I think pinterest would work perfect. But I know nothing about it.

Is there any tutorial: How to use pinterest to get traffic to your blog/Shop?

There are a lot of tutorials around Inet, but this social network counstantly changing it rules and you need to use fresh new info and of course - testing.

I've already had begun explore Pinterest, but I have still a lot of questions:
1. Now I have 3 accounts on 3 proxy. How many accounts is safe to use on one proxy?
2. Which strategy is more effective: like a pins, add pins to yourself board, follow to boards, follow to accounts?
3. After what time I can begin unfollow?
