Is there a guide on how to use ScrapeBox safely

Hello All. Total non-techie here testing the water.
I got myself a scrapebox subscription and I wanna play around with it until i'm comfortable with the interface. I did some reading on the subject of web scraping and came across an article of some guy that got sued for "playing around with" a web scraper on linkdin? He didn't know what he was doing but still got sued.

Is there a 'dummies' guide of some sort for this that tells you how to use it sytematically?
