Is there a great blog poster ??

I am looking for at great blog poster. The program shall take random articles from a folder, and post it to my blogs (similarly to article submission, but for blogs). The articles is created by rewriting with software like power article rewriter.

Does this kind of software exist?

There is BloggerGenerator that takes random articles from a folder and post them to Wordpress and Blogger bogs.
