I have an apparel company and I'm trying to find influencers to wear and take our products for free since we can't afford to hire photographers.

Do you know of a way to find influencers/models with around 10K followers?

Search for "hot instagram accounts" and you'll get plenty of lists from different websites to check out. Then simply contact them via DM.
But I doubt they will do it only for the product... Advertising costs money, else no one of us would be here.

Search. Search relevant hashtags. Do work. No magic button to find what you want.

Unless you get one of those PR apps (about $800-3,500 per month) to find out exactly what you want. ie. Influencers with 10K followers, fashion related, etc., then you will need to do what we all do... search by hand. Start with #fashion and other hashtags until you find the ones that you like.

Real fashion influencers with 10k followers may, or may not, take your merchandise in trade for a post. Most of the good ones that have 200+ likes per photo, will want some upfront money. If you find ones with 50-100 likes per photo, those may take your offer.

I'm talking from experience here, on real fashion influencers, with real followers and real likes. If you have a "fashion" account with 10k+ followers, 1k+ likes per photo, but never attend any events, then you are not a "real fashion influencer". Not dissing anyone, it's just how the fashion business runs. Posting photos of others, regraming, is not what fashion brands are looking for. They may do a few shoutouts, but that is just "throw away money". You'll notice because they never come back.

The best way to find what you're looking for is to go on a photographer's IG page and look at who they're following...usually they follow everyone they shoot with ;)

I doubt anyone with a real following is going to advertise to their followers just for free apparel...
    Good luck though...

    This.

build an excel spreadsheet of them. Make headers like:

Username | Followers | Contact Info | Link to profile | Niche | Gender

Then to search: scour hashtags. look at top posts under relevant tags.
Build lists and search for content and users under those lists.

    List of tags
    List of users

when you look at a user, click their little DOWN arrow next to their name to find comparable users. This is a good technique to find many more influencers.

    good luck friend

If you have any questions hmu

You can check IZEA (Former Sponsored Tweets) which has been transformed into a sponsorship marketplace.

The only other option for this new era market is Fiverr, but the results are typically a rare find.
