Is there a free or cheaper way to make a squeeze page for my clickbank links?

I am planning to market my links in FB. I know aff links is not allowed so I will have to use a squeeze page to ask for emails(Build List) and then once they click the submit button they will be transfered to the Clickbank product website. Please help. I am looking into GetResponse but 15$ a month for 1 squeeze page/landing page is mehhh.. So I am looking for other methods or cheaper alternatives. Thank you

Make your own landing page, html or wordpress, you will need to pay for hosting but lots of cheap offers out there.

There is an offer in godaddy: domain name+hosting for 1 year=$12. Then use instabuilder to create squeeze pages.
