Is there a difference in the anonymize link service websites?

I know bhw uses hiderefer.org and it is provided by HaRRo who is here. But, I know there are a bunch more such as anonym.to, hiderefer.com. I was wondering if there was any difference in them? Are they equally good at hiding the links?
