Right, i know this sounds stupid, but are there?

The idea is i'm just going to write quaility material and market it to people via forums etc. I.e. skincare offer promoted to people on acne website etc.

However, due to the fact you need a site, and the slight problem i don't have one, its pretty hard to get started in CPA.

I don't really want to waste a day or 2 registering a domain & hosting & creating a website & optimizing it when i don't even need one for my campaign.

My best guess so far is they don't exist due to low quality leads? i'm not sure!

Cheers for any help, i'm slowly getting a very very good picture here.

You could always just create a squidoo lens or a blogger blog and set up blogger to redirect to the offer.

Hey Jammie, from memory I think Affiliateer automatically accepts all applicants immediately after application (ie. no phone call). It's worth a try - I did include my corporate website as part of the application, but I have no reason to think they check that this field is filled in before accepting you. In fact, as someone said earlier, given that they accept applicants automatically, you could probably put any site in there that was remotely relevant, even if it's not yours.

Just on another note - if you're seriously thinking of getting into CPA, it probably is worthwhile putting up your own website. I downloaded Site Studio 6 from here on BHW and used one of the pre-loaded templates to put my site together - took about 4 hours in total. But, you're really gonna need something like that if you hope to get into more than 1-2 networks.

Hit me up on PM if you'd like to see what the site looks like, and best of luck!

yeah it's pretty lame man. I do a lot of non-website promotions and they all want a damn website to show them. CPAEmpire declined me even thought I managed to jump through all their hoops... bastards...

Mrsix, I was also declined from CPA Empire, but I wrote back to them to ask why, and turns out they declined me automatically because I had provided a PO Box rather than a physical address. They're pretty good at declining people for stupid reasons like this - as soon as I provided a physical address (by e-mail) they approved my account within seconds, with no phone call.

So, just make sure they haven't declined your application for some stupid reason that's easily fixed!

Why don't you use Goooooogle as your site and say you promote via paid search?

ahh yeah, crap. I'm really not on the ball at the moment which means its time for sleep. Learnt far too much today my head is spinning with ideas and don't want to waste them!

i'll try with Affiliateer as i'm starting something tomorrow as a "test" run to see how effective my strategy is, so can't afford waiting around for approval etc. That'll use a lense/hub though so i can stick a link in there.

Guess i'll use the g00gle example, as they can't really question that, if i move onto bigger things.

I'll get my own site in a few weeks, just want to try a few markets out before i commit to anything.

    I love this forum!

Well just tell them that your website is in the works, under construction. And give a brief description.

A lot of CPA networks don't allow promotion via forums so if this is the case, be sure you're cloaking/redirecting your links so your referrer info doesn't crawl back to a forum.
