Is There a Automated Way To Contact Users Who Comment On Certain Videos?

Is manually the only way or is there an automated way? How many users does YT allow you to contact within a day?

First of all you nearly can't contact anyone on youtube at all unless he puts an email in the channel info, because now there is no notification on new inbox and most of the people don't even know how to get to it. Also many messages goes directly to a spam forlder even if it's not a spam. So you just can't contact most of the people on youtube, thats life
