    You mean, real time re-broadcasting? Yes, possible. Any stream software can do (xSplit, Open Broadcast Software, etc). You just need to setup your audio preferences (that's maybe causing you your problems).

    You'll need bandwidth and CPU power! Other than that, it's a piece of cake.

    First, where were you streaming? Your local PC, or a VPS? If a VPS, what OS? What kind of VPS? Is it an unmanaged? So many factors you need to consider, mate.

    If you were using Linux, there probably would be several more free alternatives than for a Windows server. I did this years ago for a live event we published a page for, I recall it was Linux but not exactly how we did it. Everything was free though.

    A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, i
    Fetch the Stream direct url.
    //hint: wireshark

    On your VPS install Red5,

    Get the Stream direct url and feed it to Red5.
    In Red5 (re)publish it via RTSP/RTMP/Whatever-you-want

    If Red5 is too guru for you, you could also go for Wowza or FMS.

    If you want further help tell me exactly what you are trying to do.
    What stream, what site, restream where, how many targets etc.
