whats your take on it ? does google see any difference?
i would say little or no difference. In this case i would suggest to go for the one that would look more right and readable to the customer
by using , or : you only use 2 chars where as using | and - you use 3 chars (include the spaces), some hardcore whitehats will use , or : simply for the extra character it allows in the meta title .... every little helps
