Amaz0n, Clickb4nk, CPA networks. These all work well with ABs.

SEO... There are quite a few SEO plugins for WP that work well.

And you can monetize your sites with whatever you want. If you want pennies for your traffic then adsense is the best way to go.

If you want to make real money, then focus on CPA and your own products.
