Is the expired Weebly thing dead now?

I have read so much about Weeblys being useless now due to them needing payment for premium features but i keep finding services for expired weeblys on here and fiverr.. It's confusing.

In order for the site to be indexed you have to pay Weebly. So you can still buy/register accounts but in order to get it indexed, you need to pay.

This is both good and bad. It reduces the amount of people that are interested in weebly (because you have to pay) but allows you to find high quality accounts with good metrics.

They are not useless. I have many Weebly sites in my PBN.. but as you mentioned, the only downside is that you need to pay extra in order to connect your domain. You could also export your Weebly site and then install it straight onto your hosting.
