No, it's not in Google. Either it never was, or it got de-indexed. Majesticseo has no records of any links to the domain in the historical index.

when you google skfdhskf.com you find the site or backlinks of the site ?
If site:domain gives nothing then the site is deindexed. This domain is to avoid.

Are you buying just the domain? Or are you buying a full scale website?

If you are buying just a domain, and it doesn't have any content or website hosted
then chances are Google's never seen it before, and therefore has no reason to have
    it indexed.

If on the other hand you are buying a website, and its not indexed, then RUN. That
    domain's been destroyed and deindexed.

why would google index it, buying a domain is different from buying website
plus the domain is pending deletion, you might want to wait a bit and register it normally
