incentive offers yes, better ask the AM for assistance if you are not sure about what you're doing.

else put the codebreaker, let the codebreaker load double meta refresh and end on your aff link so the am does not even know where they come from and you don't even need to use incentives

I know all about incentive offers, etc, just wasn't sure if it was against TOS or not.

How does one set up codebreak with double meta? also, is it fullproof doing it this way?

yes it is full proof if you are uing DMR v2

If you have BHCBv2 which blanks referrer yes you're safe.
