The keyword "seo consultancy in Australia" is not appear in my website but my website webmaster console shows "seo consultancy in Australia". I have never mention this keyword anywhere in my site, But it's showing me in webmaster search terms,

I have used this keyword " seo consultancy in Australia" in external article link building.

    My question is:

If a specific keyword not in my site, although I have used is an anchor text in external article building, for this specific keyword will my site will be rank.

Backlinks anchor + Hummingbird are probably the reason. You might not have mentioned that exact keyword but if you have similar ones to it, you might still rank for it.

Yes, even the keyword is not on your site at all. You can rank via anchor text.

Of course you can rank for any keyword for which google think that it is similar to the keyword you target.

If it has search volume then go for it. I'm quite sure ur website is closely related to that term or u wouldn't have gotten any rank for it.
