is that high PR

suppose a domain has PR5 if I built a backlink at its subpage which is no pr, is that a PR5 backlink?, like profile backlink to a high pr site or blog comment

actually I built backlink for a client & he rejected as the page where I leave his links isn't high pr but the home page is & I advertised I'll build PR backlinks.

So what to do at this situation what others are doing

No,it wont be a PR5 Backlink.

Use seoquake and search in google as "site:<site URL>" and you will find all the indexed pages of that site.
Check the PR and take the High PR one's and comment on them.

^^ thats the way , btw if the actual Page PR is 0 then it will be counted as PR0 backlink .
But if its niche related and ******** then its always profitable
