I Would Like to Know some queries Is social media marketing better for B2C or B2B businesses?
B2C definitely. Most B2B sales are a lot higher in value and often require multiple people to approve them, so they aren't just going to buy what they see on Instagram or Facebook.
If you set up an advertising campaign on LinkedIn then maybe you could get some good B2B sales.
Reported for spam, and you also have to be a Jr VIP to sell anything and need to have a sales thread in the marketplace.
Am here not to sell anything.....i would like to know trends
I reported a comment that's now been removed, not you.
Linkedin (obviously) & Twitter (surprisingly) are clutch for B2B sales / leadgen.
B2C can use any form of social media.
B2B- where the buying cycle is longer and the expenditures are higher require more thought process before every purchase, so the best way to use social media is to either develop a brand or capture leads for future conversions.
It's better for B2C. You might have noticed how companies/marketers are targeting people with huge social media followers to promote their products and services.
B2C all the way, Instagram from my point of view for b2b is for branding.
GE (General Electric) does a great job on IG. Is one of the few blue chips companies that I follow.
They are great at promoting content and branding a boring sector (industrials) into something cool and edgy.
Never wanted to be an engineer, but following GE makes you think is a great career path. So, they achieved branding themselves in a great way.
It depends how would you wanna use it. It can work for both depending upon your social media strategy and also it depends heavily what platforms you would be using such as Facebook, instagram, twitter, linkedin etc.
It depends on how you perform your marketing strategies. However, B2C is still a bit easier to market, the same reason what other's mentioned above.
