Yes, I have a paid subscription of SEOmoz and it's the best tool I have ever seen.

Its good but seriously not worth $99 a month. Trust me. Their rank tracker is broken. Other tools are fine but the whole thing is overpriced. Better get 30 days trial. Some guys sells it for $10 a month on the forum.
But yeah their reports look professional so if you are having clients then you can make campaigns and reports in professional manner

I honestly like the combo of ahrefs and semrush more and i used to be a pro subscriber. If you have more than average SEO training you don't need Moz's product IMO.

Depends on what you're using it for.... personally I like SEOMoz due to the on-site reports that get generated that I can then send to clients.

If you plan on submitting your site to google then learn how google spiders webpages. seo is easy. http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=182072 I would rather learn the information from the source then second hand.

Also while they have not announced it yet, they will give up rank tracker to use google API at that point its not even close to worth 99.
