    I have few important questions.

Sending expired domain traffic to cpa offers using cpa-redirector is safe ?

what will act as referee for expired domain traffic ?

can we send traffic directly to the offer links without using any landing page or cpa-redirector ?

    thank you

It's safe in that no one's going to ban you for sending expired domain traffic. However it won't convert very well because it's probably untargeted.

If you're filling in your own offers and sending expired traffic to lower your conversion rate, then you can get banned for filling in your own offers obviously.

The referrer will be whatever url you have CPA redirector installed on.

    Thank you autum.
But from where these expired domains traffic will be coming from is it from google or any other search engine or any source.

I want to send this expired domain traffic to my cpa-redirector offers so that i can maintain EPC. Is it fine? or will create any problems.

If your expired domain was an old dating site, and you put a dating offer on it, it's quite targetted i think.

    So you won't get banned?

My interpretation was that the OP is buying generic expired domain traffic to lower his conversion ratio while he fills in his own leads.

In either case, you don't get banned for sending traffic (except bulk mailing or other spamming when you're not allowed to) - you generally get banned for sending fraudulent leads.
