Hi,

I've been dropshipping for a while, but never replicas.

However, I have a question: suppose I have a supplier with 100 Beats by Dr. Dre replica headphones. Am I allowed to sell those on eBay etc under the name "Beats by Dr. Dre"? Could I get in trouble for that?

Again, absolutely no experience with this, so was just wondering.

Thanks

Well I assumed that officially it is disallowed, but "unofficially"... do people still do it?

Dude I used to do it for a while till I got burnt the moral of the story is let your customers know what they are buying if its a replica and not the real thing HIGHLIGHT THAT I have been dropshipping for a long time. One of the main reasons for problems with sales is confusion about what is being brought. Another thing you might do if you are going to sell replicas it is best to not focus on western market focus on new and emerging economies.

better sale there hope this helps

It's ILLEGAL. Every now and then there are stories posted on BHW about how their apartments get raided by the police for selling replicas.

I guess that settles it.

of course you are not allowed ... unless you sell in malaysia no copyrights there :D
