Is selling on Facebook still effective now?

Facebook is increasingly difficult but still effective. Facebook is still a major shopping channel and can reach many customers.

use fb to advertise same with IG but i'd find one product at a time it wasn't much but i was profiting at 300$ a week with a general store but that does not work anymore I know for a fact this was when I was younger what sells me is a 1 viral product page whether cool or a problem solver... i notice like for instance sphynx cats they have oily skin a type of soap or sweaters cuz they get cold you gotta look into it stuff like that
 
I think you should use both, because Facebook helps you build community, brand awareness to potential customers, and on e-commerce platforms it helps you boost your sales.
 
You can create a tiktok shop and then run ads on tiktok to increase revenue
 
I'm still advertising on Facebook but it doesn't seem to be as effective as before

i use to sell console stuff on FB for years but i quit in 2021
recently i started doing it again and instantly noticed

70% of replys where post scams, mail Currier scams
bank charge scams, 90% of pms where from foreign names

so i gave up,
 
short answer yes, long answer it depends on your product. Value matters more than ever
 
Sell on Facebook and e-commerce stores to reach more people and get more sales.
 
I'll echo other's sentiment here that it's still effective though harder to utilize and get a got ROAS than it was in prior years.
