Is reposting a geoblocked Youtube video against ToS?

    I am subscribed to someone who takes geoblocked videos from the UFC and reposts them for everyone to see. I was wondering if this is legal to do.

    You must be geoblocked because you don't hold all the rights of the video, maybe music used in the vid.
    Nobody(reffering to nobody in the youtube team) is going to pay special attention if you post a video and repost it and bla bla, they have to much stuff to do at once. So you can repost it, but first i recommend you to write a request to remove the copyright claim, even if you it's totally not your stuff.. i do that everytime :)) Just make sure you write somewhat real stuff, and of course real name when it requires your signature.

    Simply reposting it might get you to the same point. Somebody claims the vid, restricts a country.
