Is Recording phone orders to prevent fraud helpful?

    Hello everyone I was wondering if anyone records their phone orders in order
    to deter people from filing a charge back. If so which equipment do you use and do you find that this has decreased the amount of charge backs you receive. I am aware that the customer would hear a message letting them know that this conversation is being recorded.
