Ok I have a seo question.

If I put my fitness site url into unrelated site for backlink does search engine treat this as good link building?

Thanks,

Based on what I have done for my own sites, the unrelated site does not matter. The backlinks from those sites will still count for you. Try doing the following:

1. Make sure you use the keyword related to your site as anchor text for the backlink. If your site is about "Learning Golf", use that keyword as a link back to your site. Don't just put url

2. Make sure there is still some content on the unrelated site from which you want to get backlinks. Don't just build backlinks from a site that only has links.

It's good to have a wide diversity of links. Try not to worry about it too much. It's always nice to get a lot of relevant links but take em where you can get em.

In most cases if you are just concentrating on related sites, you may not be able to get enough backlinks. That is why, after first of all getting fromrelated sites, you should throw the door open for all kinds of sites. With that, you get thousands and thousands of backlinks without the need to keep on scrubbing the whole web for backlinks from related sites.

So it's all right to put mass backlinks about 3000 today and so on next day. It's ok?
And how about the anchor text. Can it be my meta description?

The anchor text would depend on two basic things:

1. what your site is about - If your site is about teaching people how to play golf, use a keyword related to learning golf for your anchor text. This is usually done through putting appropriate keyword in the domain name,

2. your site content - The content of your site should be based on the point 1 above. That means the articles, video, etc. on your site should be related to teaching people how to play golf.

If you have a backlink from other sites with anchor text on teaching people how to play golf, the search engines will give more weight to your backlinks.

Following the 2 rules above, it does not matter whether you build your backlinks from related sites or not.

oooh.
Let's say like this example:

Weight Training And Cardio Tips

And when it is viewed the url is in the anchor text and are clickable.
Is this correct?

Yes. But it also depends on the other site for backlinks. Some sites allow a short description in addition to the anchor text. If you are able to add a description describing weight training etc., you are on the good path.

In most of the backlinks, use a specific keyword for specific pages so that those other sites would give weight to your different keywords for which they are ranking.

Backlinking also takes creativity sometimes. Try different things for different sites and see which one works best. The way you do the backlinking also depends on if you want to go the blackhat way or just remain being white with the hat.
