Yes, but you have to be Jr VIP + once you create your sales thread, once you do that it goes on review.

If you pass it, you are good to go...

Or, do you have something else on mind?

Technically you can have a site as your homepage, provided it's not an affiliate link in there.
But you cannot tell people to " check out my homepage " as this isn't allowed.
