    Hi There.
I wouldn't call this White Hat SEO, or i really dont know, but how ever.
I have been commenting some blogs, and they have accepted my comment.
And in the name, there isn't really a name or, you can say its an anchor text (my Keyword's') and a link to my webpage.

But this links are No follow, but highly trusted and PR3 and PR4.
Is this any good for me?

Yeah they just don't pass link juice but they count as a link, and having only ******** links would be unnatural. Also some one could follow the link back to your site and give you additional traffic/cash flow.

Yes. Yahoo values no follow links too. And Google occasionally checks Yahoo index to see if it has missed any, so any type of link is valuable..

while, the no follow links may have some value, but while it is going to take the same time to create the no follow backlinks and do follow backlinks and why don't and should go for do follow

******** links preferred...Apart from being just another link, nofollow is good to show you have a good spread of links and that the linkbuilding process is natural.

******** is best if you want to increase your website PR.But i think Google also consider no-follow for search result.I think < PR4 is valuable at the eye of Googe. So,keep going with no-follow if those are PR4+

All backlinks are good for you, even if they are do-follow or no-follow simply because you need a diverse ammount of backlinks, and they never like to see the same thing, so the more you have of do-follow or no-follow, the more its going to help your ranking.

Yup, a couple of no-follow link are always good... they make your site look more natural. Like the growth of your site is normal.

The webs link graph (as stated by G00gle) is made up of only a small amount of n0 f0llow links - the vast majority (I think its around 90-95%) are d0 f0llow links. Therefore, the norm is really d0 f0llow but as others have said, a spread of NF/DF will not do you any harm.

What will do you harm is getting links from bad neighbourhoods - try to ensure that sites you spam are worthy and not classified as 'bad'. I am finding that linking out from pages containing many typical 'spam' links (the viagra, penis enlargement etc) will not do you any good at all. Try your best to keep the spamming restricted to cleaner sites and blast away for better results.....
