Is paypal down?

    When i go to "paypal.com" it doesn't even try to load, it just brings this page up

    anyone else having this problem?

    Use a different browser.

    Chrome has been pissing me off today.


    Even IF you're suspended, it would still show the web page.

    Works for me.
    Also, I doubt you're banned because then you'd probably get a page that says "forbidden."
    Try clearing your browser's cache (and cookies if needed) and then try again. Or you can just try in a different browser on the same computer if you don't want to clear the cache and cookies.

    I tried all my browsers (firefox, opera, etc) all gave same message, then i turned off my comodo firewall and that seemed to have done it.

    seems like chrome is buggy these days, most of the sites are not loading for me and this shit gets autoupdated
    anway we can rollback to previous version of chrome?
