You should add some social proof, and a nice logo not just text. It looks nice

Costumer Survey and Feedback is very important before launching your landing page.

The second one looks better, but I think the call to action should be visible near the top. I mean put an optin form on the top and one on the bottom.
Many people don't even scroll on the page, but if your looking for leads that's what I would recommend.
