My paypal was limited some days ago so I had to use my friend's paypal to receive all the money which I get. Now when I asked him to transfer, he is telling me he received an email Dear ________, Hello, my name is Rex from PayPal Customer Service. I wanted to apologize for the delay in getting back to you and I know that can be quite frustrating. I understand that you are concerned about funds that were transferred to your bank account and still not credited to the bank and I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. To help you, I carefully checked your transactions and I can see that you are referring to a withdrawal to your bank account ending in '___' dated September 27, 2011 with an amount of Rs. _____ INR. In this situation, what I did was to request for a trace (this will help your bank to locate the funds that was transferred to them). Once we have completed the trace, you will be receiving a trace number that you can provide to your bank and will help them locate the funds. I am happy to have been of assistance to you today.
