    I've submited the url.

I didn't check if the name was indexed as the ul hadn't been used i 2 years so presumed if was wasn't part of te index anymore anyways.

Just finding it strange its taking so long for it to geet re-indexed.

What is your URL? Maybe we can check if it is blacklisted or not. Just because it is not in Google, doesn't mean it's blacklisted.

the domain could have been done over before you brought it, if so it would make sense for big g to not re-include dropped domains having been de-indexed.

Check yahoo links, and report back.

Also... drop a facebook note of your page... will help to get you found as it sounds like you have done little so far apart from click install on fantastico... usually all it takes these days

I've had the same problem with 2 domains before.

One of the domains was VERY reputable, had backlinks from Colorado.gov, but google would not index it after a month.

The second, I would later find out, was used to spam for electronic cigs, and had some very spammy backlinks.

Make sure you look at some of the backlinks before you pruchase the domain.Even so, sometimes google will simply refuse to re-index the site.

    thanks for the replys guys!

I checked yahoo site explorer and is showing no backlinks! This must of just been updated as before it was showing 20 somthing backlinks.

Also, googlebot does crawl the site according to the awstats. It was last there on the 27th of May.

If it never got indexed, most likely is that it is not blacklisted, but simply not indexed yet...

I purchased a domain a few months ago and never managed to get it indexed. Had to file a reconsideration request. Then it got indexed :)

Try to submit your url to google as much as possible until it gets indexed.
