Theres no problem with microwaves. As long as you dont eat genetically modified food or other bad things your meal from the microwave wont hurt you. But the microwave itself doesnt hurt your health as long as there isnt microwaves emitted outside the cage.

That question is similar to the question in the seminar I've attended in the past. "Is there a difference between a water boiled in a kettle and a water boiled in a microwave?" The answer is YES. To make the story short, chemical structure of water boiled in Microwave radiation is different from boiled water in a kettle.

In a quite small amount of water, maybe you won't feel the effect but its not advisable to heat water in a microwave for a long period of time.

I can hardly think about a reason that would change the chemical structure of water when heating it in a microwave oven.
It was H2O before and it will be H2O after, the only difference is that it's cold before and hot after.
Same if you heat it another way, it will stay water.

Microwave heated food will not at all hurt you in any way.
But the quality of the food can become worse, microwaves don't heat up everything. They mainly react with water, so dry parts will stay cold while water parts of your food might "burn".

So as long as you don't cook yourself you won't be hurt

Eating a bacon-double-cheeseburger daily will kill you faster than eating microwaved food.

It is deeper than that. The process is completely different so you can't expect exactly similar product. Yes its still H2O but digging deeper, they are completely different. (It's because of what we called molecular excitation) Microwave excites the H and O molecules in a completely different process as in adding thermal energy by means of heat. If you want we can dig deeper than this.

There's a research made about that before, and it is advisable not to put your cellphone near your genitals. On a test made, its proven that it may cause low percentage of serious illnesses - this is due to strong electromagnetic signal waves when somebody call you, or when you cellphone is about to receive an SMS.

As someone replied to one of my posts the other day, if you really want to know, do your research or talk with someone who actually KNOWS what they're talking about.

Many people will chime in with their 2 cents, not having a clue as to what they're talking about.

well, one day at work we decided to take a dozen eggs and a big bowl with water and put it in the microwave. we wanted some boiled eggs. well after a few minutes we heard what sounded like a shotgun blast and looked around the corner and the damn thing blew up. there were eggs everywhere and the door was blown open and the inside was all bent up. so microwaves can be dangerous if you are not careful.
