Is medium good for promoting?

hey everyone,
for some time i have been trying to build up a certain brand for that i have been using quora and answering so many questions related to my niche.I will soon try to get some visitors from quora to redirect to a page(for which if you have any suggestions or tips please do share).
But for now i was thinking as i am writing in quora,should i try medium too.Let me tell you that i am not writing in a blog in quora,just answering questions in it.
So is it good to promote and direct people to certain site or page in medium?(for which if you any suggestions free free to share).
And i am a newbie in medium and i dont know much about it,so if you feel like any info will be good for me to know please do share,it will be highly appreciated.

Medium receives a good amount of traffic and has strong SEO stats, so I would say yes. I've never measured it specifically in a case study, but it's always in my arsenal of promotion.
 
The best upside of medium is that you can import content that has been published elsewhere.

While it may be hard to get traction at first at medium, if your title and content is good enough, you may also get selected by the staff and get your article emailed to all their followers.

Your article even may stick on the first page on medium.

Doesn't hurt to try because it takes only a moment to publish the content on medium.
 
Yes! medium have great audience to promote your niche product.
Doesn't hurt to try, you're going get a backlink at least.

Thanks for that information,I didnt knew about the import thing.Do you have any experience and how did the results turned out with it?just asking out of curiosity:D

yea a extra backlink never hurts;)
 
Medium gets indexed really well. So if you do have some keywords you want to pop-off. You surely can optimize a title and write an article. Then backlink to your website. It gives you a strong one. Then you can link the article all over.

Haven't used the platform much, but, they're good for publishing if your blog is comparatively new.

Apparently, medium do-follow if you pay for the service, other that, it´s NOFOLLOW.

But, there is more, medium could shadowban you, especially if you are backlinking too much.

Sorry for late response. Actually, if you do write an article and link it to your website - the links are to Follow. If you do comment, the links automatically are set to No Follow.
However, writing an article or a few for the keywords you want to pop-off is recommended.

Yeah, this is why you do posts from different accounts. So if your accounts get suspended - you only lose one article and not all. Also, save the texts just in case.
Most likely you have been reported.

Even article from new account isn't working it's been suspending
