Is making Youtube faceless channel still profitable?

Yes — still profitable, but the easy version of it is gone. Finance has some of the highest CPMs on YouTube, so income potential is real. But it's also a YMYL niche (accuracy scrutiny is high), the market's crowded, and channels that just copy generic "top 5 stocks" content struggle. What works: a clear angle/sub-niche, decent scripting and retention-focused editing, and monetization stacked across ads + affiliate offers (brokers, tools, courses) — not just AdSense alone.

I still see plenty of faceless YouTube channels getting a high number of views. I believe faceless channels can still be very profitable, especially now that AI has become so powerful and accessible.

I'm thinking of starting a monetized Youtube faceless channel that focuses on investing and financial education. I just want to know if it still worth the effort .
If you want to run only one channel, I will suggest to show face. By doing this you will open gates to multiple payment options.
