FIND A NICHE.
BUILD A PAGE/GROUP.
GET THE FANS.
BLAST WITH AFFS.
Thats the common storyline.

ahaa. as we were talking about making money from existing games i assumed you were doing groups to monetize off of using existing games. I guess with apps you have to build a community before using various advert sources.

Yes that is why i have stopped bothering to promote it, there are so many people that are willing to offer all sorts of things like laptops and crap like that and spamming like there is no tomorrow.

I'm not risking having my commission withheld for doing crap like that, i mean you will probably make 5 sales if you manage to make a group and have it grow at reasonable rate for a few weeks, thats with just putting a link up and leaving the rest up to the members, but if your willing to take more risks then i'm sure there are many more sales to be made, but the headache of all these noobs making it look so bad to everyone is just not worth it, i have other things to promote thats less hassle!
 
mafiawars is too saturated. farmville is getting there but you may still be able to make a little money with it
 
people who think mafia wars is saturated, haven't seen suckers buying mafia wars facebook account for over $1000. It really isn't that saturated.

just place the account for sale on ebay, then use facebook and twitter to promote it.
 
I am still profiting from pretty much all the facebook games... just try not to sell them shitty ebooks and things keep it different ;)
 
If you come up with a great idea that is different from any other, then yes, you will probably make a killing. Don't sell ebooks or anything of that nature because no one will fall for it...

Free stuff = easy sign ups
Paid stuff = hard as hell

That is.. at least for me lol
 
there are still many nice game at Facebook. Need not to stick to 1 game to promote.

i just made a new article about fishville a few mins ago .. and allready got 31 views ...
put up 10 articles on Fishville 30 mins ago and allready got 80 views .. keep em comin ;)

Im not sure how anyone thinks they are saturated :confused: If anything you need to think of a different approach.. I cant speak about Mafia Wars, But I know that FV is far from saturated...
