I am wondering about the policies of Twitter and Pinterest. Whether they suspend accounts when they're being accessed by an IP that mass accesses accounts. Or whether they ban that IP. So I'm not talking about account creation, purely updating or checking accounts..

They might ban the users accessing too many accounts from one IP to avoid spamming. Better use different IP's or proxies.
