    ---- THREAD CLOSED 01/14/2014 ----
    Hi guys,

I really dont know what should i do it looks that iWriter.com is managed by totally stupid people here is what happens:

I paid for 700 words article , when article was written i reviewed it and accepted with good feedback. Later i have found that when i click download it downloaded html format which contains only 490 words not 700 . iWriter system showed me clearly 710 words when i was accepting article . So i have contacted support. They told me that they cant do NOTHING beacuse i gave good feedback .

I explained that when i download article i have 490 words i have also sent them screenshot of that. They gave me back all my money which i had on my balance but i have found that I am banned. Ok maybe you think that "fuck them" i was repeated customer but i had also other articles which i wanted to use and now i cant get them beacuse they restricted my account.

Are they totally insane or stupid or how can someone have behaviour like this? Any suggestions i plan to post about it on other IM forums too

That's messed up, you should at least get your articles back. I would just keep emailing them every day for a year until they do what's right.

If true, this is some nasty bad press for them to chew on.

Ye this really isn't professional of them. Just keep emailing/ringing then and eventually they should see sense.

Come on man, it's your mistake; man up and accept it. You signed off the deliverables were good and even left positive feedback. To come back and tarnish a business because of YOUR mistake is unacceptable. Learn your lesson, better check your deliverables before accepting them and move on. You're trying to unwind a mistake you made and pointing the finger at the wrong party in this case.

When you accepted the deliverables that cleared the payment for the writer. Now you want them to ask for the money back because you were careless? They probably banned you because you're harassing them for your mistake and making unreasonable demands would be my guess. I'm sure their TOS covers your recourse after you accept deliverables and I'm sure it says you're screwed. Move on.

If I was in your position, I would write a note to Brad Callen explaining the events and asking him to investigate.

Make sure that your tone remains calm and civil throughout the correspondence and you stand a good chance of the issue being resolved favourably.

Ok sorry i didnt count words beacuse there was clearly written in their words counter 710 Words when i accepted article . How the hell should i know that after downloading article i will get 490 words? If i need to accept many articles a day do i need to count words with each article now? I accepted beacuse article was good written thats all .

Anyway how the hell they ban their buyer beacuse i noticed them about this situation? I didnt scam anyone i just noticed them that their system is buggy
    .

Edit: After several emails i got my articles back but account stay banned . What a stupid service...

Sorry to hear about your troubles.

Personally, I've ordered over a thousand articles from them and have never had a problem. In fact, whenever there's an issue, they usually take my side. Maybe I just got lucky.

That's no way for them to treat their customer... however, I guess is reveals that they consider the writers to be their real asset, not the buyers...
