Is it YouTube's problems or my internet/laptop problems?

YouTube doesn't work properly on incognito/private on my laptop sometimes. When click on the video it becomes white page, not loading and sometimes the home page of YouTube. But it only happens on incognito/private mode, test on firefox and chrome, same results.
