Offer free $1 bonus just for signing up. And social media like FB, Myspace etc are the best place for advertising.
Or outsource your marketing job. Some people know how to attract people to any shit.

fake posting, get yourself some software that can generate fake post, also, bring it to the attention that for now their job posting will be free. just an idea

very easy, bring job poster and job seeker from microworker itself giving them more features and payout (add paypal as payment option for workers because the curent microworker offer only check so you will definitely win the war).
