If you intend to build out a site and keep it forever, would using PBN links be a wise choice?

If you did happen to get a penalty, could you simply de-index your site, and copy everything over to another domain, and get back to the positions you were at over time?

dont know how pbn penalties work, they probably either ban whole network including moneysite or they discount all links.

but just some common sense and you wont get caught.

    so go for it.

second question, obviously you will not get rankings back because you linked the old domain, not the new one

What I mean is, if you completely disregarded the old domain that was penalized, and copy all of your content over to your new one, wouldn't you be able to rank all of that content without it being seen as duplicate content?

So the only wise decision for link building for long term sites would be acquiring natural links?

Create content, a lot of it and quality information. Then, you will start getting natural backlinks....and at that point you can build some links yourself...spy your competition and steal some links from there. Good luck :)

    why not?

    @karma05

theres no such thing as "acquiring natural links" once you do anything to get a link, even a "white hat method" thats the moment when it becomes blackhat and unnatural but that doesnt matter
    just go for it

create your own pbn network, make it natural

If you had a large site that you'd spent months or even years working on, would you trust PBN links?

why go into a completely unnecessary risk of destroying your efforts you would invest into building a brand? especially in a long-term project...if you have a good strategy and setup clear goals, you will actually get tons of natural backlinks, for free and zero risks...as compared with a PBN that requires a lot of careful setup, management and costs $X,XXX....and still it will not be 100% safe.

why are you mad doe. obviously every visitor considers your content as quality and will surely include a backlink on his high quality website because they all are webmasters with established sites by the way and they all wanna give you some link juice for free through do-follow link

i just told OP to speed up and dont bother with natural link growth

My opinion is to build solid PBN , and build constant links to this pbn. keep it secure as your eyes. Then you can add some random links but the core power will come from those strong pbn links.
    My 2 cents.

Obviously, you are a lost cause.

FYI, If people find answers in your article, they will share it on social media, and some will include you as reference on their own blogs. That's how you can get backlinks on websites such as huffingtonpost.com for FREE instead of paying $x,xxx for it on BHW marketplace or try to get the same link power from some shit PBN that can be tracked in so many ways by Google and your competitors.

If you expect that every visitor will give you a backlink, then you are again, a lost cause in the IM world.

Lmao! Thank Odin we're not on a black hat SEO site... Oh yeah... Well, you know, I mean, it isn't like Google values backlinks anymore...oh wait... Well you know, I mean... I mean... I mean... Oh fuck it. If you're too scared to use a PBN don't, if you're not confidant in your fu then don't try to flex, simple as that. But to come in here and say PBNs are dangerous, and "quality content will get natural backlinks" and "proper on page seo will get results". Ok, go keep building a site and praying to the google gods for links.

    I do.
Not purchased PBN links, but rather my own PBN, built for the single purpose of my site(s), not shared or shown... In fact, I don't have a PBN, nope...nothing to see over here.

Only if you use your own PBN, most PBN services providers here tend be get greedy and don't close down their PBN when the OBL gets high.

Based on the comment you made, you do not own any business or long-term blog/website that brings you some income, but you give advice on Black hat stuff. I think you spend too much time reading the forum without trying things out. Yet another blackhat guru...

You don't have to pray for google gods for links. You just have to be smart about how to get them...

There goes the Web 2.0 guru link provider for $0.0fucking7 that cannot post anything useful about what OP asked, but instead bitching about....whatever he can find around to get more exposure to his web 2.0 business. haha
