write an article and check keyword densities for all words without having to post the article to your blog?

I am broke right now but have a bunch of keywords and I want to start writing articles for those keywords and saving them so that when I do get money to make my site I have the article all ready.

So how can I check without posting them to a site?

Just post the article in a new post, check the density, edit the article the way it should be and delete the post.

There is free plugins for firefox, and I believe Notepad++ has one those too. Also you can count the words. 1,000 words and keyword is present 10 times then you got your self a 1%.

I don't think you guys understand me. If the article is posted won't google index it and the second time I post it make it duplicate content?

What he/she meant is that there are free tools which takes your article as input and shows the keyword density for it.

Otherway is to publish the article in your blog, get the keyword density checked and immediately unpublish or mark the article to draft, I don't think google will index your site so quickly.

Or you can use advance text editors like notepad++ / editplus as evilclown suggested to get the keyword density calculated manually based on the occurrences of the keyword you're targeting.
