Is it too risky to use same GSA project to build links to several web2.0s And all these web2.0 are linking to some article on money site. I know it is advisable not to but I have some many web2.0s that I would go crazy building unique project for each.

You will be fine, just lump them together by broad keyword.
Like if you have some for:
    Office furniture,
    Office products,
    Marketing,

I would be comfy tossing those together in GSA under a broad keyword focus like "small business advice" and such, but don't toss in web 2.0s for things like:
    Dog training guides
    Or
    Home loans

Keep it relevant and related, otherwise you're fine.

Just go for it , as long as you are not hitting GSA with your money site , you are all good.

Using broad keywords is fine but what I am more concerned is that GSA would be using same email details of the project to build links. And also the 10 web2.0 properties are also built on same email account. Would that still be fine?

Do you publically post the emails on the page? All named the same? Ex: superawesomecowboyshow.________.com?
Unless it is a Google property, Google doesn't know your log-in data. Google is big and powerful, but not omnipotent. Minimize your footprint on the front end, Google isn't hacking your property looking for back end similarities.

This will not be a problem. I have been doing this for years and have had very few deletions.

It is more better to create different projects for each web 2.0 but if you really want to use the same project for several web 2.0s, then atleast use more spun articles.
