Just wondering if this market is over saturated or not. I know this is highly searched, and a lot of newbies are entering into the IM game every single day. But are the big guys just dominating it to the point there's no room left for the little guys? I was wondering if anyone here who has entered into it relatively recently.. like maybe a year ago, beginning 2014 and has perhaps seen some moderate success? Is google too crowded? Is social media the way to go for this? Just wondering.

A lot of competition is a good thing, believe it or not. It's difficult for IM newbies to operate from an abundance mentality, but in massive markets like Make Money Online there really is enough to go around.

The more products a market supports, the better, as it proves the viability of the market as a whole while allowing for many sub-markets/sub-niches to exist within the larger market. And that's how you make money--by focusing on a narrow slice of the greater market.

I don't personally focus on the MMO niche, so I can't speak to my personal success with it, but if you're genuinely interested in that niche, then definitely go for it.

There is no difference between online & offline business.
Both are working the same way : you locate a need and try to answer with a product/service. Online users are more & more everyday, and the importance of online transaction grows everyday too.
There is more room than ever.

Nothing is to late, you can always grow to no. 1 :D Just like Google did.

That's an evergreen niche. It will always be around. It will always be profitable. The door is always open, though the path to success may be a long road.

The "Big Cats" started on a level called the beginning. Its only to late when you realize your standing still while they keep running.

I see saturation as a positive thing... You know there's high demand for it, so if you pitch something unique there's instant money to be made :)

Never too late!! And SEO is not the only way to get traffic, if you think outside the box you can bank with any niche.

let me tell you something my friend, when you go to a computer mall you will see a hell lot of computer accessories shops that sell the same items even with the same price if you think that they don't make money then you are dead wrong why? because they got Targeted Traffic so much targeted traffic that are PAID FOR! yes they pay for the traffic through "Renting" a very little area from the mall and in return they get traffic and sales. The same principle applies to online marketing you don't need to have a very good offer to sell all you have to have is just a good offer and drive targeted traffic to it! but here comes the Trick, as i have said earlier the owner of the computer shop have already chosen a good known mall/place to start getting quality traffic to his shop and when qulity traffic comes in then the sales will also come in. Maybe the real problem in the IM niche is that it contains so many hype and garbage products that's what i think is main reason to make people suspeciuos about any thing new that come out to the market they have been scammed all over the way purchasing garbage products from IM gurus, so when you try to offer them something new and original they will reject it because they now have a bad mindset about this whole idea of generating money online.

So what i suggest is to stay away from MMO niche (unless you really have a good offer to help people) and try to find another niche that you are good at it and of course a high quality traffic.

It's late but not TOO late. Definitely difficult though but still doable if you have a decent budget.

YES and no. No if you really, really have something hot and special.

I've tried it, but i've let go this niche. You can make way much more with other ones.
Keep that in mind...

It will never be too late (people will always want to earn more money online/offline/whatever the future holds), but because of competition you might have to start with a sub niche or find unique angle.

There is a product on clickbank that has a very good angle, make money from no home!, the guy has a video where he logs into his affiliate accounts in hotels as he travels. Fantastic!

There are ads about making money online dating back to the nineties.

maybe not too late but difficult competition definitely

I'd say it's never too late, especially if you have genuinely good content to share.
