Is it to safe to re-create a fan page with the same site on it?

One of my fan pages (a small one) got automatically unpublished when the account it was attached to got closed, I couldn't get that account back, and my fan page had no other accounts in control of it, just that one account that was closed, so the page was automatically unpublished.

My question is: how safe is it to remake the same fan page with the same site on it?

Just to clarify: the account got closed for spamming too much, it had nothing to do with the fan page that was attached to it. That page had almost no activity on it anyway, it was really small and new. I barely even used it before the account got closed.

If I remake the same fan page and add the same site name, would FB go after it or no? Or is that site done for on FB?

    Are you sure about that?

I have a site that I am thinking of adding back to a fan page, but if FB doesn't allow that, then I am going to make a new domain and start over.

Does anyone else have any experience in this?

I usually shorten my websites with bit.ly
That has happened to me before and I just changed the bit.ly unique URL . I would create a new fan page and shorten your links from now on , in case it happens again .

I know that, but what worries me is adding the same URL to the page. I am not sure if FB would be okay with that type of thing, and I don't want for my page to grow and then have FB unpublishing it.

That would look really bad on the type of page I am making. It is a news/media company page, and using bit.ly would look really suspicious to the people who visit my page.

Hmm that's an interesting idea. Maybe a similar domain name as the old one would do.
