This is small surge. This will not have big impact. But if you are investing for 1 year or more, you should expect 50% profit.

I will prefer to increase my holding in matic. Bull run does not matter because I am investing for very long term. These type of surges are good indicators though for short term investors also.
 
I would invest in Cardano. It's a solid project.
 
It appears like the bull run as started but it is not. BTC will retrace soon before gathering momentum for a bull. At present I'll go for cardano
