For use with CL posting?

Could CL:

1. Locate the seller/operator of proxies.
2. Get a proxy seller to give up the identities of its customers?

dude hell nah...you need court orders for stuff like that. you gotta be like bin laden for cl to go that far with you dude. subpoena? heard of it...not a lawyer but i know dat much. things like that are major, you can't just be singled out like dat...cl is way too big.

No. That's absurd and would never happen. You would have to do something very illegal, then they would have to subpoena the proxy company. Stupid question.

In general : do not use proxies for illegal stuff if you don't really know what you are doing (and you don't)
posting on craigslist in general is not illegal just a TOS violation.
As long as you don't scam people or post hundred thousands of ads at a single website you are not really in danger.
