I was checking some listings on ebay. I came across this seller : http://myworld.ebay.in/gsrajahganesh/ He is selling Asus Google Nexus 7 32GB Wi-Fi + 3G first generation. But the entire technical specification given by him is for Asus Google Nexus 7 32GB Wi-Fi + 3G second generation. He just added a disclaimer that he has taken the disclaimer from google , so if it is wrong, he is not responsible. I contacted him and informed about the wrong specification but he is not ready to change them. I contacted ebay support but they are also not ready to remove the listing or asking the seller to correct it. there excuse is the seller have a disclaimer. One more thing, on this page , he has mentioned : So he have just one Google nexus 7 to sell but he has listed 3. 1) http://www.ebay.in/itm/Asus-Google-...64367?pt=IN_iPads_Tablets&hash=item1c37114a8f 2) http://www.ebay.in/itm/Asus-Google-...86408?pt=IN_iPads_Tablets&hash=item1c37488f28 3) http://www.ebay.in/itm/Asus-Google-...86601?pt=IN_iPads_Tablets&hash=item1c37488fe9 He have to , want to sell one and listed 3. he is not ready to provide original bill , just xerox copy and after all this to ebay support dont think there is anything wrong in this. The seller has also mentioned he wont take the product back. So the buyer have to be very careful or he is screwed. I just want to ask the experienced ebay buyers and sellers, is it really that easy to cheat in ebay?
