Is it safe to use PBN on Long Term Micro Niche Sites?

It depends on the quality of the pbn. If you build it for yourself and the sites look like real sites go for it. If you want to buy a service here, forget long term. Just my experience.

I'm going to build it myself, is it okay to use only pbn and web 2.0 backlinks for my micro niche sites? Thanks

In terms of your powerful links yes they are fine, but remember you need way more then just 5 pbn links to rank a site. You need a lot of diversity.

If you are using your own PBN website, then sure. That's as safe as it gets if you do it correctly. But as Mikey stated... 5 PBN links may not cut it. Newbies have high expectations about what PBN links can do, mostly in combination with bad keyword research. That's why they tend to end up disappointed. So check the competition, try to guess what it will take to rank that keyword, adjust your budget and only then go for it. It will save you a lot of money and disappointment.

Safe is defined in very different ways by different people. Even with a great PBN, perfectly natural looking sites, there is a chance to get busted. On the other hand, a crappy PBN with one standard theme and badly spung content can survive for years if you are lucky. It's like investing, a risk vs. reward calculation. Losing isn't bad, you just have to win more often.
