is it safe to submit a download site to search engines

i'm about to create an adult video download blog and i was wondering if it's a good idea to submit the site to search engines and get it indexed ... i spoke to host provider and he said that warez and coppyrighted contents linking is ok but i don't know what are the other risks if my site gets well indexed..i googled the keywords i'm willing to use and all sites that appears are paid memebership sites and no free download ones so i assume that the compition won't be harsh although i'm worried if i should submit it or not

katz phase dll etc etc etc are all indexed.

You do realize he could block robots from spidering his site...

On topic, as long as you are only linking, you are fine. Especially if it is a small-ish site.

yeah man worse thats gonna happen is you get a copywrite violation but that would happen even if you dont submit it to g.
