I came across 2 or 3 gigs claiming that they will do a manual link wheel Penguin safe and these Gigs having thousands of positive feedback's in addition they have got each few hundreds of orders in queue. so
1- it is safe to order a gig ?
2- I have 2 domains one with hosting and the other is 301 redirected to the first website can I order a different gig for each ?

I never buy gigs for SEO.
I like a feeling of control about my backlinks

definitely, i order quite a few of these and they help with my sites.

I am sharing here my fiverr story just few days ago:
I purchased 4 edu blog comment service from 4 different providers in fiverr. All providers are level 2 and have huge positive feedbacks. These feedbacks and rating helps me to chose those service provider.

Then 1st person delivers 1374 backlinks and when i checked backlinks in scrapebox, i found only 624 backlinks placed and out of 624, only 70 are from unique domain.

Then 2nd person delivers 998 backlinks, out of 998 backlinks i found only 464 where backlink placed and out of 464 only 48 are unique domain.

Then 3rd person delivers 1336 backlinks, out of 1336 only 588 where i found backlinks and only 10 are unique domain.

Then 4th person delivers 604 backlinks, out of 604 only 194 where i found backlinks and 18 are only unique domain.

So My observation regarding 4 edu blog comment service is:
A. 4 services are crap
B. Very less unique domain
C. Mentioned amount of backlinks not supplied.
D. Their feedback about their own services
like
They said what you expect in $5 service.
They mentioned every person pleased with their service why not me.
They never said that they will provide unique domains backlinks. They said they will provide backlinks.

So i came to conclusion that , i will never ever used those crap fiverr services for my website or my tier 1, tier 2 or tier 3 websites or any my client websites or in their seo.

But i will used their service on my competitor websites and clients competitor website.

I've sampled many fiverr gigs and I've found out that every single one does nothing positive to a high competition site. Maybe if you're ranking some low BS KW that may be a different case. Essentially the best way to go about using a fiverr is if you can find a service to assist you in a campaign or linkwheel that you yourself are using then use fiverr to do some of the tedious BS. You should always have control over your backlinks and always know exactly how you are linking to other sites.

Just my 2 cents.

Probably safe, although do it to your tier 2 websites and not your money site.

It is so easy to game Fiverr that it has become passe.

I just had a buddy who ordered 2 logos and a video from 5er even though I warned him against it. All three sellers scammed him. Coincidence? No, it is becoming the 5er standard.

As far as the tricks they are using when it comes to backlinks; generally, they are claiming one type of backlink but then turn around and provide backlinks primarily from statistic websites and from other free backlink sites and tools such as these:

http://freebacklinktool.com/
http://backlinkin.com/
JMM Instant Indexer
http://247backlinks.info/

Also, you cannot go by the ratings anymore because they are gaming the 5er rating system as if it was child's play.

All they are doing is creating accounts buying their own gigs and leaving glowing reviews. It's only costing them $1.00 a pop for that premium advertising but all they need to get the ball rolling is about three self-generated positive reviews and the chain reaction starts. The next thing they know, they are getting flooded with orders from buyers who have no idea they are being scammed.

Are all 5er sellers scamming people? Of course not but when it comes to certain gigs such as backlinks, logos, etc., scamming buyers is becoming the norm.

These days you should always link to buffer sites, so it doesn't really matter what kind of links you buy as long as you link them to Tier 2 or Tier 3 buffer sites.

The effect you will get from them is another story. My experience with Fiverr is that the good providers are mostly too busy for new orders, they already have more orders than they can handle. If you really want to use Fiverr you have to try a few services, see if they're any good and compile a list of the good ones and use them then.

You can order as many gigs as you want, there is no problem in ordering a seperate gig for each of your website. Its safe and not violate their terms and conditions.

I think the best service SEOwise in 5er (that you can use as tier 1) are those providing single powerful backlinks like manual web 2.0 creations (Squidoo, HubPages and the like) and high PR blog posts. Anything else I think would be best for tier 2.
