I found some bots here at BHW which claims to send organic traffic which in turn increasing GSR.
Do they actually work and is it safe to buy these bots?

Depends, some sites like AdSense will ban you and withold payment

Organic traffic from bot ? Its just going to fake your referrer, nothing else. Dont buy such bots.

It works but it's not safe and bot can create spammy outputs. You have to remember that google always update its algorithm and when you are caught by it will penalized you.

By definition, bots can't give you organic traffic... You can get both organic traffic and bot traffic for free or when you buy them from places like ultimatewebtraffic or fiverr but one is not the same as the other...

Yes..It really works..but it is not safe..when the google found it as spammy..then you will be penalized

I agree with @Nut-Nights those tools only send you the fake kwd. I've been tested to one of my dummy sites. And here is the report from analytics Google.

If you pay for that tooI, I think you're use the same like i use. I suggest you to not use it. Only waste your money. (Sorry about my English grammar)

No no, never buy traffic or generate traffic from bots. It's illegimate in Google's eyes.
